In out Virus/Spyware/Malware support topic we currently don't have a what to do if your infected/how to get better support guide. We really need one so users don't just post I'm infected, help!!!!! It would be a good idea to get a guide of what users need gather for us before they post, it would be something like this.

When posting to get malware help please post the following information in your post

1. What OS you are using plus service pack number?

2. Why security software are you running?

3. Why do you think your infected?

4. What is the exact name of the popups you are getting and what message does it have (only if user is getting popups)

Thoughts? Do you think this is a good idea?
