Brief Description AOL.Click is a Password Stealer Trojan. Its aim is to find the user name and password of the user of the affected computer for the instant messaging service America On Line (AOL). When it finds this data, it saves it in a file, which is then sent via e-mail to a certain address. AOL.Click uses various means to spread: floppy disks, e-mail, Internet downloads, FTP, etc. |
Effects
AOL.Click obtains the AOL (América On Line) user name and password of the user of the affected computer. When it gets this data, it saves them in a text file that is sent later via e-mail to the following address: amandanotu@excite.com.
